How do I get started with subscriptions?
Click the “Subscribe” option on the product page, select how often you’d like it delivered, and check out as normal. Your first order will ship right away, and future deliveries will arrive automatically on your chosen schedule.
How do i make changes in my subscription?
Log in to your account here via a code that will be sent to your phone. Once logged in you will see a number of options. From there you can change delivery dates, swap or add products, adjust your delivery frequency, or update your payment and shipping details.
How can I see my future deliveries?
Log in to your account here and open your subscription portal to view your upcoming deliveries and order schedule.
How will I be updated about my subscriptions?
Subscription emails are sent from our subscription partner, SKIO, rather than directly from Facetheory.
