Are there any precautions I need to know before using this product?
This product contains retinal, which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding.

For external use only. Test on a small area first and if any reaction occurs discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid eye area. If direct contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly. Store in a cool, dark place.

When do I know I am ready to move up the ladder to the next strength of Retinal Supreme MultiCream?
We recommend using at least 1 bottle of your current Retinal Supreme before moving up to the next strength. Everyone's skin is different, so it's important to listen to your skin's tolerance and not rush moving to a higher strength. If you find your skin isn't ready yet, simply store away the higher strength for later (it can be stored for up to a year after opening) and use a lower dose to give your skin more time to adjust.

Can I use this during pregnancy and/or while breastfeeding?
No. We do not recommend use of this product during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. It is always best to consult your doctor or healthcare professional for further guidance.

Do I need to use a moisturiser after Retinal Supreme MultiCream?
Everyone's skin is different. The Retinal Supreme MultiCream has hydrating hyaluronic acid, and the hybrid serum-cream formula has a nourishing texture. However, if you have particularly dry skin or prefer a little more hydration in your routine, you can layer on your favourite moisturiser or oil on top.

Why is Retinal Supreme MultiCream so yellow?
The amazing yellow hue from our product comes directly from the key active ingredient retinaldehyde. The yellower the formula, the more retinal it contains.

Why can I only use this product at night?
The key active ingredient in this product is retinaldehyde which is photosensitive which means its efficacy can degrade in the sunlight. It can also make your skin more sensitive to UV rays so we recommend you only ever apply at night and make sure that you use SPF every morning (even in the winter and when it is cloudy outside).
Will Retinal Supreme MultiCream stain my bedding, pillow or pyjamas?
Retinal Supreme Multi-Cream has a yellow colour which comes from the key ingredient retinaldehyde. The higher the strength of retinal in the formula, the more yellow it becomes. This can create a temporary yellow tone to the face or potentially transfer to bedding, pillows or pyjamas. To reduce the risk of colour transferring to your bedding, we recommend you let it dry completely before going to bed to reduce colour transfer and following with a moisturiser on top if you wish to help seal it in. If bedding is left with a yellow colour on them, we recommend you wash them as per the manufacturer's directions and then leave them to dry in natural sunlight as retinal degrades in the sun and so this can help fade colour faster.
