Are there any precautions I need to know before using this product?
This product contains retinol, which may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Use SPF, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.
For external use only. Always patch test prior to use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid eye area. If direct contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dark place.

How often can i use this?
We recommend you use 2-3 times a week to start, gradually increasing frequency to every night as your skin tolerates. Everyone's skin is different, so it's important to listen to your skin's tolerance and not rush moving to a higher strength—especially if you have sensitive skin. You'll still see results, they may just take a little longer.
Can I use this during pregnancy and/or while breastfeeding?
No. We do not recommend use of this product during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. It is always best to consult your doctor or healthcare professional for further guidance.
How does the strength of this product compare with Retinal Supreme MultiCream?
This product has 0.3% retinol in it which has the equivalent vitamin A content as the Retinal Supreme Multi-Cream 0.2%

This product is suitable for all skin types.
Why can I only use this product at night?
The key active ingredient in this product is retinol which is photosensitive which means its efficacy can degrade in the sunlight. It can also make your skin more sensitive to UV rays so we recommend you only ever apply at night and make sure that you use SPF every morning (even in the winter and when it is cloudy outside).
